Taking over 28 Years of Mortgage experience and bringing it to the consumer direct. We specialize in all types of residential mortgages, both conventional and Non QM ( No-Doc Loans) along with Jumbo and Super Jumbo Lending scenarios. We are experts in complex self employed individuals with large or complex tax returns. We deal with many Entrepreneurs, business owners and Real Estate professionals. We also specialize in large and small commercial loans and 1-4 and 5-8 family as well as condo / co-op deals in NYC and outer borough Area of NYC and Long Island. NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, DE and FL. I have Over 28 years in the mortgage business 15 years serving as Senior Management for the Big Banks ( Chase, Bank of America and BankUnited). Ability to work with other mortgage brokers/CPA's/bank referrals/ consumer direct. Bringing the experience to the consumer direct!
